 Features

• Completes Federal and State Phytosanitary Certificates for Export, Re-Export, or Supercede, including the International Model, error free, in less than a minute on average. The program stores all essential information in related files.

• Choosing from numbered lists completes most of the certificate. The program calculates numbers between related data and enters the correct sums. Once the data is stored correctly, error free certificates are a snap.

• Allows changes on the fly by editing the different sections of the certificate prior to printing.

• Completes Attachments, when necessary, at the same time, by looking for attachments that apply to the shipment. attachments are printed on either the same or a second printer depending on equipment and program setup.

• Maintains a note file for each exporter/Country to keep track of additional requirements or considerations for the certificate. This file can automatically pop up on the screen for review.

• Can download completed certificates to disk, or other medium, to be electronically logged in by the Dept. of Agriculture. (The program creates a data file that can be sent to a disk or an attachment to an email, or uploaded directly to a BBS,VPN, etc.)*

• Can upload from disk, or other source, all excerpts, updates, etc. from the Dept. of Agriculture necessary for certificate completion. (The program looks for the appropriate file and either adds or replaces information as is necessary. *

• Maintains records for all consignees, products, and exporters used by Producer Company.

 Department of Agriculture Enhancements:

• Electronic log out of all Phytosanitary Certificates. (The program will log out and print county information on the top of each certificate at the time it is logged out. It is not necessary to print up a supply before hand.

• Log in of all completed certificates with as much or little detail as needed. (The certificate can be literally recreated, or simply mark the record completed or voided.)

• Electronic log in of all Phytosanitary Certificates along with all data on the certificate. (The program looks for the appropriate file on a pre-selected file path or drive, matches the data with the logged out records, records all the data on the original certificate, and changes the status to either “logged in” or “voided” *

• Prints issuing County/Sub Office on certificates. (For batch printing certificates.)

• Status and review of every issued certificate (Open, Voided, Completed) to screen first, then can be sorted by column headings, and sent to a printer.

• Search and display of any issued certificate by number, type, etc. to screen first, then can be sent to a printer.

• Reports by County, Importing Country, and/or Product over any time span desired, either to screen or printer with totals. (The data is gathered from available information in the certificate file and presented on the screen, along with totals. Sorting by column headings is allowed, to choose the way data will appear before printing.)

• Issued Certificate Status printout for hard copy archives. (These printouts allow choices for State or Federal certificates, from certificate # to certificate #, or from date- to date. The print out will indicate a certificates status as of a certain date.

• Separate Data Directory for efficient backup of important data.

• Upload/Download capabilities from and to laptops/clients etc. (all data except new accounts can be uploaded and downloaded at the stroke of a key. All new accounts need to be setup on the main computer, then downloaded to other units.)

• Electronic transmission/receiving of data to or from other locations. (dependent solely on path/drive choices in the setup screen. It is easy to get to so it can be easily changed for different tasks.)

• Easy to use certificate file rebuild and error correction functions built in.

•  With the exception of the Certificate itself, an absolutely paperless environment is possible.
